end load cartoning machine

Resolve end load cartoning machine carton dimensions, recipe versus manual setup, and acceptance samples before selecting a supplier quotation. End-load insertion is one loading path; it is not a drop-in claim for every leaflet or blister count. Cartoning Machine Sourcing coordinates the questions; factories confirm the configuration.

Decision dossier

Acceptance basis

Acceptance basis: Upstream
Record carton length, width and depth, product stack or blister presentation, leaflet presence, and who presents product to the end-load pocket. Ask which of those dimensions are recipe-adjusted, which use handwheels, and which need extra parts. Public end-load documentation that lists millimetre limits and pocket pitch is a question list, not this site’s offered machine.
Control boundary
Witness a size change between the planned cartons using the delivered instructions. Verify carton opening, product insertion and closure after adjustment. Separately review access for cleaning and the time needed to restore a production-ready condition. A fast mechanical size change is not the entire turnaround between products.
Downstream
Acceptance samples should be complete, undamaged cartons delivered to the next machine. Inspect scuffing, crushed edges and incomplete insertion. Name FAT witness points, SAT pass criteria, spare parts and PLC interface on the same dossier. Rejected packs must be counted so throughput is saleable cartons, not feeder speed.
